I turn messy spreadsheets and exports into clear, refreshable dashboards.
Example dashboards I built to show the kind of work I deliver. All businesses shown are fictional and all figures are sample data, not real client data.
Answers “which products and channels actually make us money, and where is margin leaking?”
Shopify-style gross-margin dashboard for a fictional home-goods store (sample data): revenue, COGS, gross margin $ and % with monthly trend, product-level margins and margin by sales channel.
Answers “where should next quarter's ad budget go?”
Looker Studio-style multi-channel marketing dashboard for a fictional outdoor-apparel brand (sample data): spend, conversions, CPA, revenue and ROAS with quarter-over-quarter deltas, spend vs ROAS and 12-month CPA trend by channel, and a conditionally formatted channel table.
Answers “which locations are off target this month, and is it a revenue, membership or churn problem?”
Power BI-style executive KPI report for a fictional 5-location gym chain (sample data): revenue, active members, churn and revenue per member vs target, YTD attainment gauge, bullet charts and a location matrix.

Through Data Sprint, I help small businesses, nonprofits, and local teams get a clear view of the numbers they already have.
Revenue, orders, average order value, and top products by week or month, for e-commerce shops and retailers.
Appointments, utilization, and revenue by service or staff member, for local service businesses.
Stock levels, reorder alerts, and slow movers pulled from your inventory or POS exports.
Gifts, retention, and campaign totals for nonprofits, built from donor or payment exports.
Active members, sign-ups, cancellations, and class attendance, for gyms, studios, and clubs.
Pipeline and listing status for real estate teams, or enrollment and attendance summaries for schools.
Fixed-price dashboards and spreadsheet cleanup. You know the price before we start. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.

Four steps, all by email and a shared Drive folder.
A short call or email so we can agree on the questions your dashboard or workbook needs to answer.
Share your spreadsheets or exports in a Google Drive folder. You control access.
Work begins once the deposit is received. The turnaround clock starts then.
You get the finished file or link, the guide, and a walkthrough. The balance is due on delivery.
Data, changes, payment and timing.
Your files stay in your own Google Drive or a shared Drive folder set up for the project. Data is used only to build your deliverable and is deleted within 7 days after you approve the work. Please don't send passwords, payment card numbers, or health or other sensitive personal data. Remove or mask anything you don't need on the dashboard.
Each offer includes one revision round after delivery. Extra changes or new features can be quoted as a separate fixed-price add-on before any work starts.
Ongoing support or monthly maintenance, Power BI-only work, building data pipelines or databases, and live connections to paid software we don't have access to. If you need one of these, ask and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.
You'll get an invoice for a 50% deposit to start and the balance on delivery. By default you pay by Stripe Payment Link (deposit link and balance link) or a Stripe invoice. Zelle and check are optional; we'll confirm the options when we send your invoice. Card payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Your spreadsheets or exports (CSV, Excel, Google Sheets), a short list of the questions you want answered, and about 15 to 30 minutes of your time across the project.
